Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only valid reason within 2 days after payment. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the reason is not valid. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Indiandatawala.com marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Summer Business Season, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. In case you feel that the services received are not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the services. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

When you buy our services, before buying services, you need to read & understand the packages features. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will check and try to convert your package(service) higher with one. Cash Refunds are compulsory, we check how many customers used the services, in case in the bulk sms, we calculate the count and we add our service 90% amount and then we plan refund, it will take max 21 working days.
